It enables you to raise job requisitions and automate the approval process, this in turn allows the MSP to distribute roles to suppliers, who respond, submit and manage the interview and selection process online. Once a successful candidate has been sourced, it generates and stores a copy of the contract, manages the onboarding and offboarding process and produces real-time reports that help manage costs and risks and inform broader resourcing decisions.

When it comes time to review your panel of recruitment providers, the VMS has individual supplier dashboards that align with your agreed SLA’s, providing you with a real-time view of their performance.

The VMS integrates seamlessly with our payroll system, empowering our contractors with a 24/7 online portal to manage their employment information such as timesheets, leave, allowances, expenses, super and benefits. The contractor can easily submit time and materials across multiple jobs, projects, shifts and leave all on the one timesheet.

Furthermore, our platform allows a contractor to undertake seamless onboarding engagement for work safety induction modules, work rights, on-demand background checks, licence and document management.
